I have to confess. I am not a chef. I think for years, I barely survived on tater tot hot dish and other delicacies created from a can (my poor kids). Since becoming wfpb - I find that I absolutely love being in the kitchen and trying new dishes. Never did I dream I would fall in love with a leek or use so much Cumin, right?! This page is inspired by my triumphs and failures in the kitchen. I'm posting recipes from some of my favorite sites and cookbooks (with the author's permission).
