About the Recipe

No-bake protein bites made with oats, dried fruit, peanut butter, and chocolate chips—just mix, roll, and refrigerate for a quick, energizing snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup dried cherries

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

  • 2 scoops protein powder (we recommend chocolate flavored)

  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter ( or almond butter)

  • 3 Tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 3 teaspoons honey

  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup plant based milk


Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl except for the milk. Once thouroughly combined mix in the milk (feel free to use your hands).


Shape into balls and refrigerate.

Preparation

Simply mix the ingredients together adding the milk at the end. Form into balls - place in a container and refrigerate. Enjoy!
