Ingredients

  • 1 stick of vegan butter. I prefer Country Crock Salted

  • 16 oz of strawberries, washed and sliced

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt


Preparation

Step 1


Preheat over to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with softened vegan butter.



Step 2


Spread the strawberries evenly within the baking dish.


Step 3


Combine the dry ingredients and then slice the vegan butter into the mixture and "knead" it into the mixture with your fingers to create tiny clumps.


Step 4


Spread the flour mixture over the top of the strawberries.


Step 5


Bake for 40 minutes or until the strawberries start to bubble.


Serve with your favorite vegan yogurt or vegan ice cream.
