Ingredients
1 24 oz bag of Bob's Red Mill Organic Steel Cut Oats
12 cups of water
4 tbsp hemp
4 tbsp chia seed
4 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 raisins (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In an insta pot - add the oats, hemp, flax and chia seed. Mix to combine. Add the water and raisins if using. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Cover and place the lid on sealing. Set insta pot to pressure cook for 6 minutes. The keep warm function should be turned off.
Step 3
After the cook time has finished. Let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes then vent the steam being careful not to burn yourself! Open the lid and stir the mixture to prevent sticking on the bottom.
Step 4
This keeps in the refrigerator for the week. Simply scoop, reheat in the microwave and serve with your favorite toppings!
