My Story

Healing isn't about chasing quick fixes. It's about remembering how the body was designed to function, and learning to support that design with intention, wisdom, and grace.

After more than two decades in traditional "sick care," I felt called to explore more natural, faith-centered paths to lasting wellness. Much of that time was spent in cancer genetics and genomics, studying how genes influence health, disease, and the body's capacity to heal. Today that scientific foundation shapes my work in nutrigenomics: how food, toxins, stress, and environment affect the way our genes are expressed.

I see the body as an interconnected system, physical, emotional, and spiritual, designed for resilience when it's properly supported. My coaching is highly personalized and often focuses on:

  • detoxification and metabolic support

  • hormone balance

  • immune resilience

  • emotional and nervous system health

  •

My approach is compassionate, practical, and deeply personal. I invite clients to slow down, listen to their bodies, and replace restriction with nourishment, hustle with rest, and guilt with grace. I work alongside your medical care, not in place of it.

You were made to heal. My role is to help your body remember how, and to walk with you, step by step, toward restoration.

Training & Education: Certified Holistic Health Practitioner; Functional Nutrition Coach; Doctorate in Health Sciences (in progress), Liberty University. Her research focuses on the church's role in supporting the health of its congregation.
