Dispute Resolution

Either You or Kurisko & Co. may commence arbitration by providing to JAMS and the other Party a written request for arbitration, which must set forth the subject of the Dispute, the relief requested, and the factual and legal bases for such relief. The Parties shall cooperate with JAMS and with one another in selecting a mediator from the JAMS panel of neutrals and in scheduling the arbitration proceedings. The Parties shall participate in the arbitration in good faith and equally share the costs of the arbitration. This Agreement and any Dispute will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree to irrevocably waive any and all rights to have any legal proceeding arising out of any Dispute to be resolved in any state or federal court.
