About
This 90-day program is designed primarily for individuals with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes who want to address the root causes of insulin resistance—not simply manage blood sugar numbers. Individuals with type 1 or type 1.5 (LADA) diabetes are welcome to participate; however, the program’s educational content and coaching support are focused on insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes physiology. Participants with type 1 or type 1.5 diabetes should engage in this program in collaboration with a physician or diabetes care team, as medication and insulin adjustments require medical oversight. Participants are guided through the science of type 2 diabetes, including how nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and metabolic health influence insulin sensitivity. The program emphasizes evidence-based lifestyle strategies shown to improve glycemic control, support metabolic health, and—in partnership with a healthcare provider—potentially reduce medication dependence. Through short educational videos, practical tools, guided resources, and optional coaching, participants learn how to implement sustainable changes using a whole-food, plant-forward approach, structured movement, and behavior-change principles. The focus is not perfection, but progress—helping individuals build confidence, clarity, and momentum as they begin restoring insulin sensitivity and reclaiming their health. Medical Disclaimer: This program is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical care. Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to diet, physical activity, or medications. Medication and insulin adjustments should only be made under medical supervision.
